Surrounded by cliffside landscapes, whitewashed architecture, and discerning guests, he learned that every detail behind the bar is a ritual. Drinks were not simply served—they told stories. Now, he brings the same expertise, passion, and elegance to Stirred & Shaken Co., crafting cocktails that capture Greek hospitality in a signature, upscale expression.
